CUC's National Worship Service: Bringing Promises to Life Sunday, May 21, 2023, 10:30 am ET (1.5 hours) In-person in Ottawa at the Theatre, Roberts C. Sunday Service: Youth-Led Sunday Service

Come celebrate Spring Renewal led by several UCM youth this Sunday at the Great Hall. Ten UCM junior, teenage and young adult members will lead all aspects of the service, including Reflections, Meditation and Classical Music, and there will be an interactive Bridging Ceremony to celebrate life changes for all of us. Our May monthly artist, Darlene Kulig, will be in attendance, and she will lead a participative art puzzle workshop after coffee and conversation, around noon. Native Planting Session

The Unitarian Congregation in Mississauga 84 South Service Road, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

We will be holding our native planting session in collaboration with Blooming Boulevards at the Unitarian Congregation in Mississauga at 84 South Service Rd. The planting will take place from 2PM to 8PM. Volunteers are allowed to sign in and sign out anytime within these hours. Since it is Friday, free pizza will be provided and we will have access to the barn which is air conditioned and provides a great space to relax. If we have enough volunteers we will watch a family movie at 7PM. Remember to come prepared for some high temps! Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and anything else you may need. Friday Night at the Movies at UCM

Friday Night at the Movies at UCM (Movie is in the process of being chosen). Admission is free!  Doors open 7:00 Movie begins at 7:15. Anyone who happens to come earlier to help Alison and volunteers with planting native plants will also have a pizza dinner! The snack bar will be open with “Better than at the Cinema” popcorn, cookies and cold drinks!
