Sunday Services – Rev. Rita Capezzi – What is Radical Hospitality?

Great Hall

March 1 – What is Radical Hospitality? Rev Rita Capezzi If you are here, you must feel like you belong.  And if UCM is such a wonderful and welcoming place, why are we such a small congregation?  What are the barriers to inclusion that we might not even notice?  How might we capitalize on what we do well and amplify that to do even better, to bring even more people into a circle of care and belonging? Join Rev. Dr Rita Capezzi to explore these questions and more, through song, story, reading, and reflections.  With Service Associate Emma Willemsma. Join Rev Rita and the UCM Board after worship for an interactive workshop where we will delve into how to become a more radically hospitable congregation and why it matters. Rev. Dr Rita Capezzi is a Unitarian Universalist minister based in Buffalo, NY. Rev Rita served as UCM’s Interim Minister from August 2023 through December 2025.
