Review the questions, choose one that speaks to you, and return to it over the month.

  1. How do you understand integrity? Is integrity for you about staying faithful, allowing yourself to unfold, putting the pieces back together, matching your insides with your outsides or refusing to hide?
  2. Has your sense of integrity changed over the years? In what ways is it easier to live with integrity? In what ways is it harder?
  3. What did your family of origin teach you about living with integrity? Was personal integrity part of the conversation? What lived examples did you experience?
  4. Are there parts of your life where you struggle to live with integrity? At work? In your family? What would you lose if you were to speak or act with integrity? What might you gain?
