Registration to attend the
Sunday Service at UCM 

Welcome Back!  It will be good to be together again in person.

We are asking attendees to be fully vaccinated. Masks must be worn indoors. If you are unvaccinated please contact Rev. Fiona to discuss accommodation strategies. Vaccinated children and youth are welcome in the Great Hall.

Please register at the form below. Attendance is limited to 60 adults. Walk-Ins on the day are welcome and will be asked to sign in for contact tracing purposes.

If you are returning to the building for the first time, please download our COVID-19 waiver, review and sign. Bring a signed copy of the waiver with you on Sunday or email it to admin@uucm.ca. One waiver per family – please include all your names. Once the waiver is on file you do not need to fill it out again.
