UUCM has experienced changes in ministerial leadership at various intervals in its history – and another is in process now! Today, with Rev. Victoria, we’ll consider the nature of change in the context of the life of the congregation, what it means to end one relationship and begin another with a ministerial leader, and howthe congregation can remain vital, strong, and healthy when experiencing transitions.
