This Sunday, join us at 10:30am for an exploration of life lessons in changing times. Long time member Larry Jeffery will share his wisdom from a life well lived.
Although the fall equinox is almost upon us, it continues to feel like summer. While I long for cooler weather, I am delighted by the abundant beauty of our property, all the green vegetation is a balm for my spirit. Pesticide free, we are a haven for small creatures; most weeks I see rabbits, toads, cardinals, and monarch butterflies. If you also appreciate the green wonder of the berm and swale, consider helping with garden maintenance; you’ll get some exercise, be out in nature and help nurture UCM. It’s a win, win, win! See below for an upcoming volunteer opportunity.
I will return next week.
