Sunday Service: Compassionate Connections

Compassionate Connections

This Sunday in our month of Kinship, I explore Pema Chodron’s words: “True compassion comes from…. realizing our kinship with all beings.”  In this holiday season, how can we maintain a compassionate core?

In this festive season we expect peace and goodwill to all, only to find ourselves in familiar battles with family. Hopes and reality can clash over the holiday and we can struggle to find any kind of peace. This Sunday at 10:30am, I lift up the value of self compassion and explore how we might make room for all our feelings over the holidays.

I look forward to seeing all of you this Sunday. Your presence is a gift to this chalice community.

Blessings,

Fiona
