Every culture and tradition offers links between creativity and spirituality. Music, dancing, singing, poetry, and painting are common ways to express our soul and our delight in being. Creativity shows up in the ways we relate to others, handle difficulties, and find imaginative responses to issues both personally and as a group. This Sunday join myself and new service leader Colleen Good as we get creative! As we create a group collage, spend time in silence, and in song, we explore how creativity renews our spirits and supports us in times of change.
If you are new to UCM in the past few months, consider joining me for tea in my office after the service on Sunday. This is a chance for me to ge to know you and for you to ask any questions you might have about Unitarian Universalism and the congregation.
Blessings are everywhere.
