News of my April departure surfaces many emotions, from grief to excitement for new possibilities. As we process this big change and big feelings together, the uncertain future will naturally also bring some fear. There are so many stories telling people to conquer fear, to just push past it to succeed, but as Unitarian Universalists we accept that all our emotions have something to teach us. This Sunday join me at 10:30am as I speak to what might happen when we make a friend of fear. Having spent years walking beside fear, I have stories to share about my friend fear.
