We are gathering in person and on Zoom this Sunday at 10:30am! 

This Sunday at 10:30am I will be lifting up the challenge and power in finding joy even in the midst of difficulty. Opening ourselves to the world is an invitation to heart ache these days and yet it is only in opening ourselves up that we also receive the world’s beautiful gifts. Sometimes we need permission to let ourselves feel joy so let this be the weekend for joy! (No matter the outcome of the provincial election, don’t forget to vote today).

June is ending with a special event this year – our Friendship and Healing event which showcases local indigenous talent the June 17th weekend. 

I look forward to a beautiful day together this Sunday.
