This week, our UCM community is the focus of our exploration of the 8th Principle: “Individual and communal action that accountably dismantles racism and systemic barriers to full inclusion in ourselves and our institutions.”

What unintentional biases reside in our documents, our relationships, our building? How might we address them with fortitude and compassion as we try to change things?
