Kathleen shares stories centred in our emotions, both about living intersectionally and about living with multiple advantaged identities, and how our emotions can relate to barriers to inclusivity.
Whether you are new to this topic or are already well-versed in intersectionality, this series has been designed accessible for you. Grounded in telling stories about lived experiences, these stories will connect to the anti-racism, anti-ableism, anti-colonialism, and environmentalism work we are already doing, addressing them intersectionally. Led by Kathleen/Kat Guglielmi, she/her, each of the 1.5 hour sessions will build on one another, but are also accessible as a drop-in; engage however and whenever you are able. You can even drop-in 30 minutes after a session has started, Kathleen just asks that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late that you listen/observe only, as the definition for intersectionality will be shared at the beginning of each session. For those arriving earlier, there will be time for questions.
