Marc Xuereb has facilitated meetings as an activist, civil servant, and union staffer for over 25 years. He will lead a 2-hour workshop on how to conduct effective meetings that respect everyone’s time and reach democratic decisions that everyone can support. He’ll review tools such as agendas, minutes, and consensus decision-making.
