Join in for a bake fest in the UCM kitchen. Stick around after service when we tempt you into forming chocolate rum balls (a little tasting is not just expected, it’s necessary) and then move on to learning a professional shortbread technique.
Bake along with professional chef, Charles Baker, and help us prepare for our fundraising efforts.

We will be baking from coffee time after service to about 5pm, and you are welcome to join in for the whole time or a short time. Lunch will be served at 1pm. There are jobs for cooks and non-cooks of all ages and stages.
