On Sunday February 12 Philip Cote will lead a drum-making workshop from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Philip Cote is an Indigenous Elder from Moose Deer Point First Nation and is a Sundancer, Pipe Carrier and Sweat Ceremony leader.
