Please join us online at noon for conversation and at 12:30 for our special guest, Kelley Rose Graham, a classically trained Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Osteopathy is a non-invasive gentle treatment through the manipulation and massaging of the joints, bones and muscles. The goal is to restore mobility to joints, induce healing and reduce pain or discomfort. The treatment can help with headaches, stress, arthritis and injuries to name a few. Kelley will be describing the practice and explaining how osteopathy may help us maintain our health as we age.
