Please join me for refreshments on Thursday, Aug 24 from 3-5 PM to say thanks to Alison and wish her well in her studies in Environmental Sciences at Guelph University.

We have been very fortunate this summer to have had Alison Vlasics working for us on the gardens and grounds (largely funded by a grant from Canada Student Jobs and special donations). With her intitiative and hard work, the gardens look very healthy, the second floor of the barn is very clean and organized, the furnace room has received much needed attention and she has organised and promoted the Trunk Sale happening this Saturday 8:30 – 11:30. Thanks also to all the volunteers who have come out to assist Alison.
