Are you in need of a retreat, some quiet time to breathe and simply be? Come out for a morning of restful meditation, awareness exercises and conversation about self-care. Bring a journal for writing. A vegetarian lunch will be provided.
All are welcome, bring a friend. $20 or pay what you can.
