Halloween Party

Ghouls and ghosts will gather to do a craft, eat pizza, play a game, explore a haunted barn and participate in the traditional Samhain worship service. Samhain is known by most folks as Halloween, but for many modern Pagans it’s considered a Sabbat to honour the ancestors who came before us, marking the dark time of the year. Participants are asked to say the name of their ancestors starting as far back as can be remembered. I wonder how many names you will be able to recite? Participants identifying as female will recite their maternal ancestors and participants who identify as male will recite their paternal ancestors.

This is a multi-generational event – all are welcome!
Halloween costumes are encouraged; adults are asked to refrain from wearing masks.
